This is the most vital step of them all. Do whatever it takes to make it the best day of her life. Do everything that she likes, take her to all the places she always wanted to go, give her presents which she normally wouldn’t expect, take her to the best restaurant and order whatever she likes, try to make it the perfect moment and set the perfect stage for proposing to her.

This decides when you would ask her the main question.
